Refund Policy

Northern Cascades is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know, and we provide a full refund or store credit. 

  1. Email hello@northerncascades.com

  2. Please include your order number, purchaser name, and reason for return in your email. 

  3. We do not accept any returns 30 days after your order was delivered.

  4. If you believe your package was damaged during transit, we require that you contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve the issue quickly. 

  5. If there is no scoop provided in our powder supplements, please let us know and we will send you a new scoop right away.

  6. To cancel an order, please email hello@northerncascades.com as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we will immediately refund you. If your order has shipped, we will refund you as soon as we received the item(s) back from you. 

  7. All refunds will receive an email confirmation.
